Your data rights
You can exercise every right below at no cost. Most are self-service. For anything that isn't, the form on this page reaches our DPO directly; we respond within 30 days as required by GDPR.
Right of access & portability (Art. 15 + Art. 20)
Download every piece of data we hold about you, as a single JSON file. Self-service from the dashboard.
Right to rectification (Art. 16)
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data — most fields are user-editable in Settings; ask us for the rest.
Right to erasure (Art. 17)
Delete your account and all owned data. Self-service. Backups expire within 30 days.
Right to restrict processing (Art. 18)
Pause processing while a complaint is investigated. Email us.
Right to object (Art. 21)
Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including marketing. Email us.
Right to withdraw consent
Disable AI memory, leave the newsletter, revoke push notifications. Self-service in Settings.

- Settings → Danger zone → Export my data — JSON dump of everything.
- Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account — irreversible, gated by password + DELETE confirm.
- Settings → Privacy — leaderboard scope, profile visibility, AI memory toggle.
- Settings → Notifications — granular control over what we ping you about.

You may complain to your supervisory authority directly:
- Switzerland — Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), edoeb.admin.ch
- EU — your national Data Protection Authority (lead supervisor: Swiss FDPIC for non-EU controllers)
