Default Swiss hosting. Available in EU (Frankfurt) and Kazakhstan (Almaty) on partner request. DPA on file.

Per-seat or all-students-in-a-faculty. We handle billing in CHF, EUR, KZT, or RUB. Annual contracts only.

How does this differ from the free Student plan?
Students sign up free today and use UniMate as individuals. The university tier wraps that with SSO, branding, content pre-loading, and an aggregate dashboard for the dean's office — so you can run UniMate as YOUR platform, not just an app a few of your students happen to use.
Do students need to pay if our university is in?
No. We invoice the university; students use the platform free for the duration of the contract. They can still personally upgrade to Pro if they want premium AI models — that part stays optional.
What does a typical rollout look like?
2 weeks. Week 1: SSO + branding + course content import. Week 2: pilot faculty + champion training. Open to all students at end of week 2. We do all the wiring; you give us the data and a tech contact.
Pricing?
Per active student per month, with a faculty/all-students floor. We send an exact quote within 48 hours of an intro call. Annual contracts only.
Can we keep our own analytics?
Yes. We export aggregate weekly CSV plus a webhook for real-time event-stream if you have a data team. Nothing personal leaves UniMate without student consent.
